Introducing Matterhorn

Arriscraft’s new Matterhorn Building Stone is a unique-looking product manufactured almost entirely from reclaimed material. Matterhorn features a simple to install two unit bond pattern that combines Guillotined and Tumbled textures, perfect for both traditional and modern home designs.

Matterhorn is made with 99% reclaimed material from existing manufacturing processes. The recycling process creates a darker base material than normal and through additional pigmentation, Matterhorn is available in two extraordinarily rich colors.

This exciting new production process involves recovery of waste material, and processing for consistent base material. This base is pigmented, and then pressed, autoclaved, and finished with the same process used throughout the Arriscraft product family. While it doesn’t contribute to LEED^® certification as ‘recycled’ (i.e. from an outside source), this new product introduction reflects the company’s ongoing effort to reduce waste, energy usage and the impact of manufacturing.
